Your ZTagger's battery should last approximately four to six hours of continuous gameplay. If you are experiencing less than this, please contact us.

ZTaggers should charge 0% – 100% in approximately 2–3 hours. If you are experiencing slow charging times, please contact us.

1. Power on your Zues unit and wait for the ZTAG software to start.
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to enter the settings menu.
3. Under "Connection" ensure you are connected to a wifi network.
4. Click on "Firmware" and click the download icon for the version you wish to use.
5. Once the file is downloaded, click the push icon to upload the new firmware.
6. Once the upload is completed, restart your Zues unit.
7. Your Zues is now updated.

2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to enter the settings menu.
3. Under "Connection" ensure you are connected to a wifi network.
4. Click on the ZTagger you wish to update. Click on "Select Firmware" and choose a firmware to upload.
5. Click the "Push Firmware" button to update your ZTagger.
6. Repeat this process for every ZTagger you wish to update.
7. Your ZTagger is now updated.

To do a soft restart, simply press the red power button on the side of the ZTagger once to power cycle the unit.

Yes, you can customize gameplay. Open the game you wish to play, then click the gear icon on the top right of the screen.
